Manage notification preferences

Notification preferences control how work alerts and scheduled updates reach your account.

Open notification preferences

1. Select Settings in the main navigation.
2. Under MY SETTINGS, select Notifications.
3. Under Channels, select In-app or Email.
4. Turn each available notification type on or off.
5. Select Save changes.

The channel pages group event alerts under Work notifications and Activity notifications. A notification type appears only in the channels it supports.

Turn on the Daily Task Digest

1. Return to the main Notifications settings page.
2. Find Updates from Mod AI.
3. Under Task updates, turn on Daily Task Digest.
4. Select Save changes.

Daily Task Digest is described as “A daily summary of your open assigned tasks.” It is an email preference and is off by default.

What you should see

The channel summary updates after you save. The Daily Task Digest switch remains on when you return to the page.

If something goes wrong

• If Save changes is not visible, you have not changed a preference.
• If a notification type is missing from a channel, that type is not configurable for that channel.
• If you leave with unsaved changes, Clerked asks whether you want to discard them.
