Browse ERP data
Use ERP Data to browse the reference records your company has configured from its ERP.
Who can do this
Your company role needs company:fields:view. The menu stays hidden when your role does not have access or the company hides this area.
Open a reference list
- Expand the left navigation if it is collapsed.
- Select ERP Data in the left navigation.
- Select the reference-list label you need from the child entries shown underneath.
- Use Search, Filter, Sort, or Columns above the list to adjust the records shown.
- Use a scope or saved view when the current list provides one.
- Use the pagination controls at the bottom to move through more records.
When the left navigation is expanded, ERP Data reveals the configured child lists. When the navigation is collapsed, selecting its database icon opens the ERP Data area, which sends you to the first configured list.
Expect company-specific labels
The child entries come from your company's schema, so each company can show a different set and order. One tenant, for example, shows Vendors, Purchase Orders, GL Accounts, Receipts, Items, Payment Terms, Payment Methods, Tax Rates, Account Codes, Cost Centers, Departments, Locations, Classes, Projects, and Sub Departments.
Those labels are examples from one tenant, not a platform-wide list. Use the labels shown in your own navigation.
What you should see
The selected reference list opens with its schema-defined title, columns, tabs, filters, sorts, scopes, and row details. Saved views and pagination remain available where the list configuration allows them.
If something goes wrong
- If ERP Data is missing, ask an administrator to check your role and whether the company shows this area.
- If the menu has no child entries, the page says No ERP data is configured for this company yet.
- If a record type you expected is missing, confirm that it exists in the current company's schema instead of relying on labels from another company.
