What data syncs from my ERP to Mod AI?
- Vendors, with names, addresses, payment details.
- Purchase orders, open and recent.
- Chart of accounts.
- Employees, used for approval routing.
- Items (where your ERP maintains them).
- Receipts, for three-way matching.
- Dimension values (cost center, department, project, location).
What data syncs back to my ERP?
- Approved invoices, posted as bills or AP vouchers.
- Approved vendor credits, posted as credit memos.
Synced records include the full coding, line items, and approval details so your ERP has a complete picture.
How do I connect my ERP?
Setup is done with the Mod AI team. Email support@usemod.ai. The process:
- The team configures the connection for your ERP.
- You provide credentials or authorize access.
- The initial sync pulls your master data.
- The team validates and tests the connection.

What ERPs are supported?
NetSuite, QuickBooks Online, SAP S/4HANA, and Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT have production-ready integrations today. Several others (Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Fusion, Xero, Workday, SAP Concur) are in active development.
If your ERP is not on the list, write to support@usemod.ai. Most modern ERPs expose enough of an API for the team to build a connector. See Supported ERPs.
Can I connect multiple ERPs?
Each entity connects to one ERP. If your organization has multiple entities, each can connect to a different ERP. A single entity cannot connect to more than one ERP simultaneously.
What if my data is not syncing?
Check:
- The integration account has read access to the relevant modules.
- The records you expect to see are not archived or deleted in your ERP.
- Recent changes may take a sync cycle to appear.
